Stir-fry je idealno jelo za brzu i ukusnu večeru. U samo pola sata možete pripremiti obrok prepun vitamina i proteina, a uz to je i vrlo prilagodljiv – koristite povrće koje imate pri ruci i začine po želji. Ovaj recept za stir-fry s piletinom i povrćem jednostavan je za pripremu, a rezultat je fantastičan!
Sastojci:
- 400 g pilećih prsa, narezanih na kockice
- 1 žlica soja sosa
- 1 žlica kukuruznog škroba
- 1 žlica ulja
- 1 luk, nasjeckan
- 2 češnja češnjaka, protisnuta
- 1 paprika, narezana na trakice
- 1 mrkva, narezana na tanke ploške
- 1 brokula, narezana na cvjetiće
- 100 g šampinjona, narezanih na ploške
- 1 žlica mednog Bee Power octa
- 1 žlica Bee Power meda (livada ili bagrem)
- prstohvat đumbira u prahu
- sol i papar po ukusu
- sjemenke sezama za posipanje (po želji)
Priprema:
U zdjeli pomiješajte piletinu, soja sos i kukuruzni škrob. Ostavite da se marinira 15 minuta. U woku ili velikoj tavi zagrijte ulje na srednje jakoj vatri. Dodajte piletinu i pržite dok ne porumeni sa svih strana. Izvadite piletinu iz woka i stavite sa strane.

U wok dodajte luk i češnjak te pržite dok ne omekšaju. Dodajte papriku, mrkvu i brokulu te pržite još 5 minuta. Dodajte šampinjone i pržite dok ne omekšaju.
Vratite piletinu u wok. Dodajte medni Bee Power ocat, Bee Power med, đumbir u prahu, sol i papar. Dobro promiješajte i kuhajte još 2-3 minute, dok se umak ne zgusne.
Poslužite toplo, posipano sjemenkama sezama.
Savjeti:
Za još bogatiji okus, dodajte malo nasjeckanog čilija ili umaka od čilija. Možete koristiti i drugo povrće po želji, poput tikvica, graška ili cvjetače. Poslužite stir-fry s rižom ili rezancima.

This recipe for chicken and vegetable stir-fry is easy to make and the result is fantastic!
Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast, diced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 broccoli, cut into florets
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Bee Power honey vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Bee Power honey (meadow or acacia)
- a pinch of ground ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
- sesame seeds for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the chicken, soy sauce and cornstarch. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the chicken and fry until browned on all sides. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.
Add the onion and garlic to the wok and fry until softened. Add the bell pepper, carrot and broccoli and fry for another 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry until softened.
Return the chicken to the wok. Add the Bee Power honey vinegar, Bee Power honey, ground ginger, salt and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Tips:
For an even richer flavour, add some chopped chilli or chilli sauce.
You can also use other vegetables of your choice, such as zucchini, peas or cauliflower.
Serve the stir-fry with rice or noodles.
