Sastojci:
Za tijesto:
- Pšenično brašno 500 g
- Suhi kvasac 7 g
- Šećer 1 žlica
- Sol 1 čajna žličica
- Voda 300 ml
- Biljno ulje 30 ml
Za nadjev:
- Gotov grah iz konzerve
Priprema:
- Pomiješajte kvasac, sol, šećer, toplu vodu i 5 žlica brašna. Ostavite pola sata na toplom mjestu. Kad se tijesto digne, dodajte biljno ulje i postupno umiješajte brašno. Gotovo tijesto prekrijte prozirnom folijom i ostavite na toplom mjestu sat vremena.
- Iz graha ocijedite vodu i zgnječite ga vilicom. Po želji posolite.
- Namažite ruke uljem i stavite tijesto na nauljenu radnu površinu. Oblikujte kuglice jednake veličine i ponovno ih ostavite da se stabiliziraju. Nakon 15 minuta možete razvaljati kuglicu u tanki krug. Na sredinu stavite nadjev, zatvorite rubove i pržite u tavi do zlatne korice.

A pleasant and warm association with pyrizhky is an old grandmother who bakes them for her grandchildren. After all, ready-made small pies are convenient to take with you. Pyrizhky are baked and fried. And the filling can be almost anything from berries and fruits to meat, peas, mashed potatoes, and sauerkraut. Below is a recipe for fried pyrizhky with beans. Try it!
Ingredients:
For the dough:
- Wheat flour 500 g
- Dry yeast 7 g
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Water 300 ml
- Vegetable oil 30 ml
For the filling:
- Ready-made beans in a jar
Preparation:
- Mix the yeast, salt, sugar, warm water, and 5 tablespoons of flour. Leave in a warm place for half an hour. When the dough rises, add vegetable oil and gradually mix in the remaining flour. Cover the finished dough with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for an hour.
- Drain the water from the beans and mash them with a fork. Salt to taste.
- Grease your hands with oil and place the dough on an oiled work surface. Form balls of equal size and let them rest again. After 15 minutes, you can roll out each ball into a small circle. Place the filling in the center, pinch the edges closed, and fry in a pan until golden brown.
